How to judge the failure of screw air compressor?

1. Check the screw air compressor filter, if there is any damage, defect or unclean air filter element, replace the damaged parts in time; check the air compressor inlet pipe for kinking or deformation, and ensure that the inlet pipe has the minimum required inner ring diameter (more than 15.9mm is recommended).
2. Check the return pipe for excessive bending, kinking and obstruction. It is recommended that the minimum inner diameter of oil return pipe is (12 mm). The return line must always be lowered from the air compressor into the engine crankcase.
3. Check and measure the wear, damage and assembly condition of air compressor cylinder liner and piston ring, and replace those with serious wear.
4. For the air cooling part of the air compressor, it is necessary to: remove the accumulated oil, soot or unclean matter on the radiator. Replace the damaged parts; check the damaged radiator and replace the damaged parts. For the water cooling part of the air compressor, check the appropriate size of the cooling pipe (the minimum diameter of the recommended pipe is 9.5mm), check the coolant flow of the air compressor, and the minimum allowable flow rate is 5 liters per minute when the engine adjusts the speed. 5. Check that the water temperature should not exceed 93 ℃. Check the air valves on the air reservoir to ensure that they operate normally. It is recommended that the vehicle be equipped with automatic exhaust valve. An air drying device for drying the air is properly equipped in front of the air reservoir.
6. When the brake is not in use, the leakage shall not exceed 6.9 kPa per minute, and the pressure drop shall be 20.7 kPa per minute when the brake is in use. If there is too much leakage, check the system for air leakage and repair it. Check whether the unloading system works and repair it.
7. Test whether the engine crankcase pressure is too high, replace or repair the crankcase ventilation equipment. A loose or partially raised dipstick indicates a problem with the pressure in the crankcase.
8. Check the engine lubrication pressure (at the oil inlet of the air compressor) and compare it with the rated pressure.
9. Replace qualified lubricating oil.
10. The screw air compressor can only be replaced or repaired after confirming that the above reasons do not exist.
